Description

A Harvard study showed that patients were most satisfied with their care when their doctors looked for the actual cause of their illness instead of just treating their symptoms. This is a complex matter, however, as it involves many layers. As naturopaths we are aware of these layers, but it’s still a challenging task at hand. In addition, there are many different approaches to take and this course outlines Satya’ very own approach to holistically treating the cause of an illness.

Dr. Ambrose will talk about her approach for diagnosing and treating neurological diseases like insomnia and headaches, gastrointestinal problems like IBS and GERD, chronic infections like sinusitis, otitis, and UTIs, and inflammatory issues like eczema. This short course will be an explanation of how Dr. Ambrose diagnoses and treats her patients and how she deals with each case. That being said, of course, it’s the case that her approach varies with every person and subsequently every patient may or may not respond differently to treatment.

Dr. Ambrose has experienced both success with patients but also what she might consider failures, or the patient was on the right path but isn’t quite there yet. The basics of her treatment approach, however, remain the same. In this course, Dr. Ambrose gives her thoughts on real food, love, nutrients, toxins, exercise, trauma, infection and how all these factors interact in determining a patient’s healthspan.

If you’re interested in learning more about Dr. Ambrose’s treatment approach and on how to create a long healthspan for both yourself and your patients, then this course is just what you’ve been looking for!
