How to Use the Certificate Export Feature

We have JUST launched a brand new feature on the website which will hopefully make your life a lot easier! This feature is called the Certificate Exporter! In just a few clicks of the mouse, you can export multiple certificates of completion into one, single PDF document. Making it uber convenient to submit your certificates in time for your license or certification renewal. Gone are the days of downloading and saving each and every certificate throughout the year. You can export certificates by date range or by manually checking off the certificates you want to include.

Step 1 – My Courses Page

The first thing you need to do is login and go to your My Courses page.

 


Step 2 – Certificates Tab

Click on the brand new “Certificates” tab.

This will open up the Certificate Exporter window.


Step 3 – Export by Date or by Selecting Certificates

Option #1: By Date

Type in the date range that you want to download your certificates. Be sure to do it in MM/DD/YYYY format (month month day day year year year year).

After you select your date range, as long as there are certificates of completion within the range, the download button will appear, letting you know just how many certificates are in that range.

Option #2: By Selecting Certificates

Check off each of the individual certificates of completion that you would like to add to the PDF document.

Fun Fact

By clicking on the “eye” icon, you can open up each individual certificate of completion in a new tab to view, and to download if you wish.


Step 4 – Download

Whichever option you choose, click on the download button and your combined PDF of multiple certificates of completion will start to download.

Voila! You did it!

Timothy Miller ND, LAc, RA is a naturopathic physician, licensed acupuncturist, and registered aromatherapist. He is a graduate of the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, OR.

Dr. Miller is a chemistry nerd. He is fascinated by the chemistry found in the natural world. Fueled by the abundant, potent, and unique components within aromatherapy, Dr. Miller has sought to understand how essential oils act on the body and identify which clinical applications are best incorporated into practice.

Dr. Miller first began his aromatherapy studies in 2005. He has since traveled the world to advance his understanding of essential oils and their clinical implications. Dr. Miller has studied with Rhiannon Lewis, Mark Webb, Gabriel Mojay, Kurt Schnaubelt, and Jeffrey Yuen. He has successfully completed a National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA) approved course and has completed the requirements to become a registered aromatherapist. He is a member of the Aromatherapy Registration Council (ARC).

Beyond his love of aromatherapy, Dr. Miller is an avid traveler and student of foreign languages. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, and being in nature. Dr. Miller loves to learn new things and is driven by self-improvement and emotional intelligence.

Dr. Miller believes deeply in Docere and loves to teach. He is an international speaker, workshop leader and contributing author. He believes learning should be fun and makes every attempt to engage his students in a profound and meaningful way.
