How to Combine Multiple Certificates into One PDF
In just a few clicks of the mouse, you can combine multiple certificates into one, single PDF document. Making it uber convenient to submit your certificates in time for your license or certification renewal.
Gone are the days of downloading and saving each and every certificate throughout the year. You can combine certificates either:
- 1) by date range or
- 2) by manually selecting the individual certificates you want to include.
In this NatNotes article, we will walk you through the process, step-by-step!
The Step-By-Step Instructions:
Step 1 – My Courses Page
Step 2 – Click on the Certificates Tab
Click on the brand new “Certificates” tab.
This will open up the new “Certificates” tab.
Step 3 – Export by Date or by Selecting Certificates
Option #1: By Date
You can either view the calendar and click on your desired dates – or you can type in the date range that you want for your certificates. Be sure to do it in MM/DD/YYYY format (month month / day day / year year year year).
After you select your date range, as long as there are certificates within the range, the download button will appear, letting you know just how many certificates are in that range.
Option #2: By Selecting Certificates
Check off each of the individual certificates that you would like to add to the PDF.
By clicking on the “eye” icon, you can view each individual certificate in a new browser tab to view and then download, if you wish.
By clicking on the “download” icon, you can download that individual certificate.
Step 4 – E-mail Link to PDF
Whichever option you choose, simply on the “Email Link to PDF” button and you will be emailed a link to a combined PDF of all of your selected certificates! (It’s not instant because it takes our server some time to process the request and compile your certificates for you!)
Once you click the link, our system will give you an estimate of how long it will take for the link to be emailed! Don’t forget to check your spam folder just in case!
Voila! You did it!
