To soy or not to soy? That is the question. Soy is either promoted as a health food or is demonized as harmful, making it one of the most controversial foods that exist. In this course, Dr. Russell Marz overviews all there is to know about soy, including its history, composition, macro, and micro nutrient content, and the latest research. He discusses what the “dark side” of the soy industry is and how this impacts the types of soy we should eat.
