Description

This course will go over specific aromatherapeutic interventions for acute respiratory conditions, including specific case studies and sample aromatherapy formulations for both infectious and allergic rhinitis, acute sinusitis, pharyngitis, as well as influenza. The course is taught by Rhiannon Lewis.

Rhiannon Lewis is an expert in the clinical applications of essential oils. In this course, she will share her 30+ years of experience in the use of essential oils in the treatment of acute respiratory conditions. This course is specifically designed for aromatherapists, naturopathic doctors, and other natural medicine practitioners. This course is a must for any practitioner interested in the clinical use of essential oils.

Rhiannon doesn’t believe in teaching for simply information’s sake. She believes deeply in teaching for the purpose of clinical understanding and enhancing clinical practice. The information that is provided in this course is all intended to increase your comfortability in using essential oils safely and effectively for acute respiratory conditions. She will provide sample case formulations; but it is not her goal to train you in robotic, cookie-cutter formulations. Her emphasis in this course will be to teach you to think like a clinical aromatherapist – to understand the client in front of you and your rich toolkit beside you – to provide for an entirely individualized treatment approach. This is where aromatherapy truly shines, in the ability to create a formulation that isn’t targeted for the masses, but rather is customized for the client in front of you. By the end of the course, the practitioner will gain the confidence to use essential oils safely and effectively for acute respiratory conditions. If you or anyone you know has ever had a cold, allergies, or a sore throat – you need to take this course!
